All information provided on this Mobile App is for general reference only. CHAMP 24 FITNESS makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. CHAMP 24 FITNESS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or interruption of service arising from or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, this Mobile App or the services provided.

本手機應用程式 (Mobile App) 所載全部資料僅供參考。CHAMP 24 FITNESS 不保證或聲明有關資料屬準確、完整或最新，並表示不會就因本手機應用程式內容或服務中斷而產生及因依賴相關內容/服務所引致的任何損失承擔任何責任。

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT (PICS) 個人資料收集聲明

We are committed to protecting your personal data ("Personal Data") in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Personal Data collected will only be used for necessary business operations and to provide high-quality services.

我們致力保護你的個人資料（「個人資料」）。此個人資料收集聲明是依從香港特別行政區之《個人資料(私隱)條例》（第 486 章）之要求，於向你收集個人資料時或之前通知你若干事項。我們所收集及使用的個人資料只限用於我們業務所需及向你提供最高服務質素的範圍內。

Purposes of Collection 收集及使用個人資料的用途：

Provision of gym facilities, services, and mobile app functionality provided by us or our partners;

由我們或合作夥伴所提供有關健身設施、服務及手機應用程式功能；

Collection of Health Data 收集及處理健康資料：

We may collect and process health-related data (including your answers to the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire / PAR-Q, such as history of heart conditions, chest pain, dizziness, or joint problems) solely for the purpose of assessing your physical readiness to use our fitness facilities safely, mitigating health hazards, and providing appropriate fitness services. We do not share your Health Data with third parties for marketing purposes.

我們可能收集及處理與健康相關的資料（包括你在「體能適應問卷 / PAR-Q」中所填寫的回答，例如心臟病史、胸痛、眩暈或關節毛病等），該等健康資料僅用於評估你是否適合安全使用我們的健身設施、降低健康風險及提供合適的健身服務。我們絕不會向第三方分享你的健康資料作促銷用途。

Collection and processing of biometric data (including facial features/recognition data) for identity verification, access control, and security management;

收集及處理生物特徵資料（包括人臉特徵/人臉識別數據），以作身分核實、場館進出門禁控制及安全管理；

Application, establishment, operation, and administrative management of customer, member, or user accounts and payment records (including 3D Secure credit card authorization);

客戶、會員或使用者帳戶、付款記錄及自動轉帳授權（包括 3DS 信用卡驗證）的申請、成立、運作及行政管理；

Data analysis, statistics, communication, marketing, promotion, customer relationship management, and public relations;

資料統計、通訊、市場營銷、推廣、客戶關係管理及公共關係；

Handling of feedback, inquiries, and complaints;

處理意見、查詢及投訴；

Billing and payment processing;

處理帳單及付款；

System identification and verification of user identity;

識別及核實使用者身份；

Managing, maintaining, and diagnosing technical issues with the Mobile App;

管理及維護手機應用程式運作，及於有需要時診斷技術問題；

Any other purposes stated at the time of collection or as consented by you from time to time.

載於收集你的個人資料時所提供的聲明中的任何其他目的，或你可能不時同意的任何其他目的。

Disclosure & Sharing of Personal Data 個人資料的披露及分享：

We may share Personal Data with our third-party service providers, agents, and contractors (e.g., payment gateways, cloud server providers, system developers) for the above purposes. We may also disclose Personal Data as required by law, court orders, or requests from government/law enforcement agencies.

我們可能提供及/或分享個人資料予我們的第三方服務供應商、代理及承包商（例如支付網關、雲端伺服器供應商、系統開發商）作上述用途。我們亦可能基於法律所需、法庭命令、政府或執法機構所需而透露個人資料。

Direct Marketing 直接促銷：

We intend to use your name, contact information, product/service usage history, and statistical data to provide you with direct marketing materials regarding our gym facilities, promotional offers, and related fitness services. We will not use your Personal Data for direct marketing unless we have received your explicit consent. The provision of Personal Data is voluntary, but failure to provide required data may result in our inability to provide membership services or process your application. You may request to opt-out of direct marketing at any time by contacting our Customer Service Officer via WhatsApp (9889 8927) or Email (cs@champ24fitness.com).

我們擬使用你的姓名、聯絡資料、服務使用紀錄及統計資料，向你發送有關本公司健身設施、推廣優惠及相關健身服務之直接促銷資訊。未得你的明確同意前，我們不可如此使用你的個人資料作直接促銷。個人資料的提供完全屬自願性質，惟若你選擇不提供，我們可能無法為你提供會籍服務或處理你的申請。你可隨時透過 WhatsApp (9889 8927) 或電郵 (cs@champ24fitness.com) 聯絡我們的客戶服務主任，要求停止使用你的個人資料作直接促銷用途。

Data Access & Correction 查閱及更正個人資料：

You have the right to request access to and correction of your Personal Data held by us. Such requests should be addressed to our Customer Service Officer via Email (cs@champ24fitness.com).

你亦有權提出查閱或更正我們所持有的個人資料的要求，相關要求可透過電郵 (cs@champ24fitness.com) 向我們的客戶服務主任提出。

3. DATA RETENTION POLICY 資料保留政策

We retain your Personal Data, Biometric Data, and Health Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, statutory, and accounting requirements.

我們保留你的個人資料、生物特徵資料及健康資料的期限，僅限於完成收集目的或符合法律、法定及會計要求所需的合理時間。

Account & Personal Data 帳戶及個人資料: Retained for the duration of your active membership and up to 7 years after account termination for financial auditing and legal records.

於會籍有效期間內保留；帳戶終止後最長保留 7 年，以符合財務審計及法律紀錄要求。

Biometric Data (Facial Features) 生物特徵資料（人臉特徵）: Retained strictly during the membership period for access control and permanently deleted from our system within 30 days upon membership termination or cancellation.

嚴格僅於會籍期內保留作門禁用途；會籍終止或取消後 30 天內從系統中永久刪除。

Health Data 健康資料: Retained for the duration of the membership to verify safety acknowledgments.

於會籍有效期間內保留，以作安全確認憑證。

4. DATA DELETION & ACCOUNT ERASURE 請求刪除資料及帳戶流程

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated Personal Data, Health Data, and Biometric Data held by us at any time.

你有權隨時要求刪除你的帳戶以及我們所持有的任何相關個人資料、健康資料及生物特徵資料。

How to Submit a Deletion Request 如何提交刪除請求：

In-App Deletion App 內自主刪除: Log in to the CHAMP 24 FITNESS Mobile App, navigate to My Profile (我的資料) > Personal Information (個人訊息) > Delete Account (註銷帳戶), and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

登入 CHAMP 24 FITNESS App，前往「我的資料」>「個人訊息」>「註銷帳戶」，按照畫面指示提交申請。

Email Request 電郵申請: Alternatively, you can send a formal deletion request from your registered email address to cs@champ24fitness.com with the subject line "Personal Data Deletion Request".

你亦可使用註冊電郵發送主題為「個人資料刪除申請」的電郵至 cs@champ24fitness.com。

Upon identity verification, we will process your deletion request and purge your biometric facial data and health records within 30 days, except for data required to be retained by law.

經身份核實後，我們將於 30 天內處理你的刪除請求並清除你的人臉生物特徵數據及健康紀錄（法律規定必須保留的財務/法定紀錄除外）。

In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

中英版本如有歧異，一概以英文版本為準。
