Q: 是否真的沒有合約？如何取消會籍？

是。本中心採用按月制度，無需簽訂長期合約。只要提早 5 個工作天通知，即可無條件取消，並無預繳、入會費或任何隱藏收費。

Q: 健身室的開放時間？

我們的所有健身室 24 小時開放 全年無休，會員憑人面識別隨時進出。職員服務時間為星期一至五 10:00–21:00，星期六、日及公眾假期 11:00–19:00，處理報名、查詢及會籍事宜。

Q: 惡劣天氣的開放時間安排？

三號風球或以下、黃色及紅色暴雨警告，一切如常。八號或以上風球、黑色暴雨警告生效時，健身室維持 24 小時開放，但現場不設職員；小組班則會即時取消，已扣堂數自動退回。請以個人安全為首要考慮。

Staff are fantastic and offer great training sessions, especially Ivan Chim. He is an excellent trainer and has given me invaluable advice and guidance regarding my training and fitness journey.
